Do I tip?
No. Rustic Ritual is gratuity-free. Starting prices already account for service and stylist time, so you will not see a tipping prompt at checkout.
I am new. What should I book?
If you are unsure, book the free “New Here? Unsure what to book?” option. If color work is on the table, book a New Client Color Consultation first.
Do I choose with haircut or no haircut?
Choose with haircut if you want any cut or shape change during the same color visit. Choose no haircut if you only need color and finish.
What if I need a big color change?
Start with a New Client Color Consultation. Book Color Correction or Vivids directly only if you already know that is the right route for your hair.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service. Color deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the original appointment is canceled.
