  • We charge a flat rate for all services. As professionals in our industry we believe that our work is not based on any “extra” the client may want to pay. Meaning, we do not accept gratuity. Transparency is paramount, and we want to take care of each individual equally and honestly. Your stylist will share with you the timing of everything before each service so that you aren’t left out.

  • There are a few options. You can use our booking link here and you can also message our stylists directly though their social accounts. If you have any salon wide questions you can also email us rusticritualbeauty@gmail.com.

  • Please come open and ready to discuss your hair. If reviving color a in collared shirt is best but we do have robes to protect clothing. You do not need to apologize for unwashed hair or wanting a silent experience. Please speak to your stylist and let them know you wish for a silent service

  • We have a few options. We keep some stock at the salon of Innersense, Odacite, Rustic Ritual Beauty, Hui Hui Oil and Reverie. We also have affiliate links that are easy to use and the products get delivered right to your address through our shop. Hairstory can be bought here, as well as Reverie, here.

  • Whether it was a scheduling error or a last minute hiccup, the easiest way to cancel your haircut is to message your hair stylist yourself. They should be able to help you get rescheduled in a timely manner.

    We do have late cancellation policies in effect for all of our stylists and fees will occur if you are cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand.

    Any appointment cancelled inside the 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the service.

  • We do not accept cash at all, instead we only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
